Uterine Cancer Treatment

The uterus is a hollow muscular organ located in a woman’s pelvis. It houses and nourishes a fetus during pregnancy and measures around 6–8 cm in length.

The inner lining of the uterus is called the endometrium. Endometrial cancer arises from this lining and is distinct from sarcomas, which originate in the uterine muscle.
